Farm to Table Dinner

This is a farm-fresh, fine-dine evening under the stars. Join us for the third annual Farm to Table Dinner Event hosted by the WFM and prepared by J Restaurant/Bar. Each of the courses are carefully prepared in order to showcase the local flavors that CT has to offer.
This year’s menu will include (but is not limited to);
- Variety of Hors D’oeuvres
- Locally raised, grass fed beef tenderloin
- Grilled tahini eggplant
- Vegetarian stuffed mushrooms
- Roasted Fingerling potatoes
- Fire-roasted vegetables
- Kale Salad with spicy chickpeas
- Potato & gorgonzola soup
- Berry Trifle & Local Coffee
- Chet’s Italian Ice
Live Music from finger-guitarist Glenn Roth. Local Wine, Beer, and a Signature Cocktail tastings are all included. Each Guest gets to keep their signature WFM wine glass.
Tickets are $85/person or $160 for a pair
