Please select which season vendor package you would like. If you select "Full Season," you will NOT have to select specific Market dates below. We'll assume you'll be there every week.

Half Season Vendors & Guest Vendors should select the dates they wish to attend the Market. Guest Vendors must select and attend a minimum of 3 markets and submit payment in full before the start of their first date.

The Market team will review your selected dates and communicate with you via email if there are any issues.

Guest Vendor: 3 date minimum, 8 date max ($100 Fee will be pro-rated beyond a 3-week schedule.*)

Corporate sponsor rate: Please request our Business sponsorship rate sheet.

Food trucks: Please contact us to discuss full season, half season, and guest rates

*Vendors selling SNAP-eligible food products will be assessed the higher vendor fees.

**Vendors requesting 2 tent spaces will be assessed a fee of 50% on the second tent. But availability is strictly limited and will not be guaranteed. Example: $400 for the first space, $200 for the second=total fee of $600.

Legal Stuff

The WFM is a certified CT GROWN Farmers' Market and it's critical that all of our vendors are registered in the state of CT. All products must be properly labeled according to the USDA or CT Dept. of Agriculture standards. All produce must be grown on CT soil, and all products and goods must be produced within the state. Any farmer intending to sell a limited amount of produce grown in CT but NOT on their farm will need permission in advance from the Market Directors. Where this may be deemed acceptable, each product will have to be labeled with the farm name and location of where it is grown.

Vendors are required to have product liability insurance for your protection as well as ours. When submitting a copy of your certificate, ask your insurance agent to list The Wethersfield Farmers’ Market as “an additional insured.” There is no cost to do so and there is a box on the certificate that allows for this.

Vendors are required to present a CT Sales & Use tax permit as well.

Food Vendors

In addition to filling out this application, you will have to apply to our local health department and receive a health permit from CCHD. The permit fee will cover you for the entire season. The WFM will review every application. We try to respond within one week of receiving your application. If any further questions are required, we may ask them at that time.

If you are approved, we’ll send an invoice via Paypal which will include a mailing address for payment by check.. All vendor fees must be paid in advance of your first scheduled Market date. The WFM does NOT accept payment on Market days for vendor fees.
